THREADS AND TRENDS: A Reference Guide in Dressmaking 10

Writing a book is never easy. However, my passion and determination fueled me to finish this reference guide in Dressmaking 10. I know that no matter how small this step is, it would be contributory to our vast body of knowledge.

It has been a perennial problem for us teachers in Dressmaking to look for a single comprehensive textbook that would incorporate all the competencies required by the specialization course in Dressmaking 10. Thus, this motivated me to create a possible reference guide to address the problem.

Dressmaking 10 is a specialization course prescribed by the Department of Education which provides varied and relevant activities and opportunities to determine learners’ understanding of the key concepts of Dressmaking and to demonstrate core competencies as prescribed in TESDA Training Regulation in Dressmaking.
