Long ago, but not so very far away in a deep primeval land, lived the trees. In those days, there was no understanding between the worlds of man and trees. If the trees had seen man walk around, they would have told them to stand still otherwise, their roots would never begin to grow. Of course, trees are very attached to their roots.
