On a normal day at the Riser City Laboratory, Dr.Fitch is working on designs for a product that will take the world by storm. When her evil helper finds these plans, he plans to rule the world. He used his super speed to make a robot army that will take over all of time. What he doesn't know is that there are two chosen ones that will save the world from these robots.
