Tommy Tyler Thomas is a little kid with a big imagination, that usually gets the best of him. He makes up stories to gain attention. He loves to be noticed. He is the class clown whenever necessary and he never misses a moment to prank a fellow friend.
He lives in a town called "Talk Too Much." This town is where Tommy plays, learns and grows with the assistance of the towns people. His family which consists of his mother, his father, his little sister and his older brothers are all more acceptable of what Tommy does, but not everyone likes Tommy's behavior and many show disapproval when it seems that things are out of order.
Take The Little Town of Talk Too Much for example, although the citizens of this small community are very tolerable of much, there are times when Tommy takes things a bit to far and they are forced to take action.
