This study aimed to present validated information on the influences of the Therapeutic Community Program as implemented by the Parole and Probation Administration to convicted felons who are on probation, parole, and pardon according to their views, perceptions, degree of appreciation on the effectiveness of the program that started in 2002. The indicators include different personal domain and classification: cognitive, emotional, social, intellectual, vocational and survival skills that spelled out the values, behavior, attitude and perceptions gained from the program, be it intrinsic or extrinsic, for self-fulfillment in terms of values modification and life redirection.
The research employed quantitative and qualitative methods utilizing survey questionnaire form, in-depth interviews, and focus-group discussion in gathering information. There are 100 respondents from the five (5) field cluster areas namely, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon hence the convenient sampling..
