Disabled Veteran, Mother of One, and Caregiver to Family: I Carrie Bell (Lance) Harrell-Winns,known as "MsCarrieBell" was born October 2, 1948. (Dunber) Georgetown, South Carolina. The third child of ten children born to The Late Rev. Thomas S. & Sis. Florine Canteen Lance. Choppee High School graduate, 1967. Moved to New York, joined The United States Army,1969;E5 Rank in less than three years. "HONORABLY DISCHARGED" Attended Bronx Community College, Mercy College, College of New Rochelle, Undergraduate and Graduate. Graduated with Master of Science, 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University. With only 6 credits from a second Master Degree, I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.THE END!
