Twinky is a little star who goes on a long journey of discovery. The story takes place in Germany.
The reader accompanies him through his many adventures of joy and sadness. He observes the pain and suffering of a German family in Butzbach, Hessia and learns to forget his own problems by helping the children in this family to cope with their difficulties. This story is all about the importance of acceptance in our society and how important love and care is for a childs developmental processess.
The story has a happy end as Twinky discovers that even a little star can shine brightly in the darkest of places. A book for young and old to enjoy.
