Everyone thinks the beautiful, kind, smart, soft-spoken girl Catherine lives a perfect life. But underneath the surface of a mask Catherine wears, an emotionally abused teen who wants to be with her father, but can't because constantly travels. Catherine refused to love anyone in fear of more emotional abuse, but when the school jock asks her out, she surprisingly says yes. Both Bryan and Catherine find a safe haven in their love, and find the upsides in a world full of lying, cheating, and rumors.
