The Mediterraneans are known for their love for food; they hold it and the recipes given from generation to generation close to their hearts.
Maria Christina Fakhoury has always loved the kitchen. She was a natural at cooking. The first time she made a family dinner was when she was 11 years old and her mother was late from work. She prepared a pasta and bechamel dish with pieces of chicken rolled in a crepe and cranberry sauce.
Maria Christina has not pursued a career as a chef, she chose the music industry; but cooking has always been part of who she is.
