This is basically a novel giving you tips and activities that you can do to stay strong. Some people don't understand how serious being depressed is, and so they don't necessarily do anything to stop it. This is a novel written by me, a broken 12-year-old girl who is working hard everyday to stay strong.
She is a 12-year-old girl who is depressed, and she suffers from major depression, dysthymia, bulimia, anexoria, self-harm, bipolar disorder, stress, anxiety, etc. She tried to commit suicide about two times, and she has failed. But after noticing how many people suffer from these problems, she wants the world to hear her story.
