I am a licensed dietitian. I received my bachelor degree in dietetics from the University of Florida and have been in this field for 9 years and in the fitness industry for 25 years.

As a dietitian, I have worked with adults and children, with families, groups, corporations, and one-on-one. My passion is to educate, guide, and support my clients through the variety of services that I offer. I also work with clients that have special needs such as cancer, diabetes, hypothyroidism, hypertension and heart disease, just to name a few.

Since graduating, I have become a certified wellness coach, and I am also a certified fitness instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine and certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a fitness professional, my work includes training clients one-on-one, teaching group fitness classes, and lecturing groups on various topics of fitness and nutrition.

Throughout my life I have lived in 4 different continents, which has helped me learn to relate more easily with different cultures. Having worked with people of different backgrounds and all ages, I believe that I have a lot to offer as a nutrition and fitness consultant consultant.

Motivating people to want to make lasting changes is my true passion.
