I have so many things to say. I have had so many things to say. Desires, regrets, ideas, and, sometimes, just saying stuff for the sake of saying stuff. I try to speak, but no one listens. I try to write, but no one reads. No one!
I am fortunate that I have found another way to express myself. Poetry! With poetry, I can express myself in a few lines. My fears, my wants, my desires, and fantasies in a few lines. Fantastic! This book, which I hope readers will enjoy, is hopefully the first of many. As long as I live I will always have an opinion and I enjoy expressing myself in poetry.
Some people who thought they had me all figured out will be, in some cases, horribly surprised, and in other cases, pleasantly surprised. I ask that the reader keeps an open mind and come with me on my debut poetry journey. Whatever be your final impression I want you to know I love you too. Enjoy!

I was born on June 18, 1964 in southern Zimbabwe, in a village called Chivi, in Masvingo Province. At the time, Zimbabwe was under Ian Smith's government and a guerrilla war was in its infancy to free the country from colonial rule. I have scant memories of my early days, but the difficult rural life and occasional abuses I went through, stir sad memories in me sometimes. Some of it is captured in my poems.
