Living in lake oswego you only see happy animals. But when i started vollunteering at an animal shelter i realizedhow lucky i was and how sad and scared animals could be. but there were also dogs and cats there that were so abused and still happy to see you. they trust us and we hurt them anyway. this is why i wrote this book to stop all of this
