An Intervention Specialist from Southern Ohio, teaching in a public school where the majority of students are white, and all teachers are white. Born and raised in a small community where everyone becomes family. Teaching in a public school where cultural diversity is limited. Through my own research of cultural diversity, I learned the importance of teaching to all students.
