Mosspelt Woods is a forest hidden from humanity. For many seasons, wolves, deer and many other creatures.
A young she-wolf and a domestic dog fell in love one fateful day, and had a single pup. Since the packs traditions forbid a half-bred, he is cast out into the woods.
Alium is taken in by foxes for most of his life, until he learns that war is brewing. He decides to help defend his home, but he is shunned by the packs. But he soon makes allies, and starts his own clan.
Will Alium and his newfound friends win the war? Or will this idyllic forest be destroyed?
