William Edward Wallace, Sr. celebrated his 85th birthday with family and friends at Harvey Austin, Sr. Lodge, 1593 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, OH. During his birthday celebration on October 18, 2020 he received a written Proclamation of Recognition from the Mayor of Urbancrest, Ohio.

Born October 20, 1935 to Jonathan and Lillian Wallace. He is the father of six children, four stepchildren, 14 grandsons, 11 granddaughters, 21 great-granddaughters, and nine great-grandsons.

In 2013, he received the "Mayor Ellen Walker-Craig Jones Community Award" from the Historical Village of Urbancrest, Ohio for 20 years of service as Head Custodian.
