Scott and his friend Carlos just graduated from WizPower school. But Carlos is kidnapped. Scott's quest is to become the next Cheif of WizPower and to save Carlos. On his journey he battles a group of crimminals called Eliminators. Eliminators have a master Dark Arrogon. Scott quest is to beat Arrogan to the Stone of Powers located in the Power Generator at Doc of Heroes. Does Scott risk his life to save everybody, or does he let Arrogon take the Stone of Powers and rule the world.
