About the Book
My book is about poetry that describes the emotional pains and struggles I with through in my Journey of life. I have also experience some happy times as well. I was not courageous enough to share with others what I was feeling. I decide to express myself through paper and pen. It was pain that lead me to become a writer. I want share my inner thoughts with others you have experience some type of pain. The title is called "Words from Within"

About Author
My name is LaJonya Lott Nelson. I am 40 year old divorced African American mother of two children: Caleb(son)and Cayla(daughter). I am Woman of God,in which is my everything. I am also a member of the Wellborn Community Baptist Church;my father John Lott is the pastor. I am affiliated with a called "Women for Christ Ministry",I have been writing poetry since the 6th grade. Currently I am working towards my B.A in Applied Science at Ashford University,in which I will receive in 09/26/2016. I plan further my education,by obtaining a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. I want to make a difference in the lives of others through ministry,counseling, and writing. All of this is due to my inspirations: God,Mother,Father,Grandmother,children, and my loving Spiritual Mother Diane Clark, I can not thank God enough for these wonderful,heart touching people.
