JAKARTA - tier one mobile telecommunications operator PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) estimate traffic data services at Christmas and New Year (Naru) rose 15% -20% of the normal average daily traffic. To that end, the company did increase traffic capacity at some crucial point.
