About Author
Satya Greenstone has been a disciple of Swami Satchidananda for over 40 years and has taught teacher trainings at the Ashram at all levels. Madhuri Lavender has been an Integral Yoga teacher for 16 years and has an avid interest in anatomy and helping all levels of yoga students reach their goals safely. Together they have created the anatomy teaching booklet for the Basic Teacher Training at the Yogaville Ashram in Virginia. They both share an interest in making yoga asanas completely accessible for all types of students. Their mutual love of Integral Yoga created this book.
