About Author
Nick's unique perceptions come from a multi-lingual, bi-cultural upbringing. Born in Fairfax, Virginia, Nick spent his childhood in Cozumel, Mexico, before moving to the US to continue his studies. His sensitivity to cultural differences is a consequence of having lived in and been exposed to different cultures. His impressions thus come from a background of cultural tolerance, giving him a global perception of what it is to be human. His poetry, then, is a collection of his reflections on what it means to be human in the 21st century.
