I had gained 80 lbs. over a 6 year period and despite all effort I wasn't losing it. Then I lost 70 lbs. in 82 days on a Abnormal body fat detox, and became more aware of my body and its reaction to different foods. I landed in the hospital several times due to the bile duct on my gallbladder being dilated and putting me in excruci- ating pain, it was after i lost the weight that i met Dr. Paul Hamilton who explained to me that my body doesn't handle gluten very well, and he introduced me to juicing so my body could absorb more nutrients. Well not only did I discover how great vegetables tasted when juiced, I realized after much research and practice that this was the best way for me to maintain my ideal weight. I eat one healthy meal in the day and the rest of my calories comes from juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, they are much lower in calories and higher in
vitamins and minerals.
Now as a certified Wellness Coach and the director of ZiaFari Wellness Group, I help others lose weight naturally and safely without using hormones or harmful drugs an I introduce all my friends and family to a Wellness Life Style of Juicing.
