Bookemon GOLD Terms & Conditions (Last updated May 20, 2021)

The terms and conditions ("Terms") for Bookemon GOLD are between you and LivePage LLC and/or its licensor ("Bookemon.com" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the Bookemon.com website and GOLD membership are also governed by Bookemon Membership Agreement.

• FREE US Ground shipping for order of 2 or more copies.
• Get 10% off when ordering own authored book
• Expand cloud space up to 100G

GOLD Pro Membership Benefits

• Get FREE single ebook license for books published during gold membership subscription.
• FREE US Ground shipping for order of 2 or more copies.
• Get 10% off when ordering own authored book
• Expand cloud space up to 100G
• Be able to SELL eBook at $5.99 per license, earn $2 per license.
• 1 free CAP package (valued $99)
• 20% off for additional CAP package(s) (save $20 for every package.)

Other Limitations

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse GOLD membership in our discretion.
• We may send you email and other communications related to GOLD and your GOLD membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Bookemon account).
• You may not transfer or assign your GOLD membership unless allowed.
• From time to time, we may in our discretion change these Terms or any aspect of GOLD membership, without notice to you. Your continued membership after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your GOLD membership so that it won't continue once the current period ends.

GOLD Membership Duration, Fees and Renewal

• The GOLD membership contract duration is annual, will be displayed on myBookemon page.
• The membership fee for GOLD is stated in the GOLD Join page. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The GOLD membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply.
• You may renew your membership as needed. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

GOLD Membership Cancellation

If you signed-up for your GOLD membership, you may request to cancel your GOLD membership sending email to support@bookemon.com We will review your account and refund your full membership fee ONLY IF your account did not make any eligible purchases or take advantage of GOLD benefits since your latest GOLD membership charge. We may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of GOLD benefits used by your account during this period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your GOLD membership at our discretion without notice. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the GOLD membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
