Christopher Wilson is the third generation to use and tweek these recipes. He was at his grandmother's side in the kitchen by the age of four. Christopher spent 15 years in the cullinary field. Currently he works as a freelance writer as well as an organic berry farmer. He owns three dogs and two cats.
