Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Kiyana was raised in a very musically talented family. She has spent over 10 years writing poetry,short stories and songs for independent artists. Inspired by life through photography and songwriting, writing books became a new found passion for Kiyana.

Writing for kids' books is a nice change of pace and has been a pleasure for Kiyana to be a part of. As a things were happened in her life she truly values family and the importance of instilling positive thoughts in life. Using writing as the soundtrack of life, she has fought through many obstacles to pursue her dreams.
