I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, where I nurtured my love for southwestern food early in life. I moved to Oklahoma to attend grad school and became more in love with those southwestern recipes, including many from newly found friends. As I grew and became more passionate about cooking and food, I moved to the East Coast and found many more wonderful recipes that became my favorites.
