Cindi A. Starks is a designer and artist who enjoys writing and playing the piano. She has earned degrees in Merchandising/Design, and Liberal Arts(with an Emphasis in Education}. She received a Recognition Award in Teacher Preparation from DCCC, and has worked as a substitute teacher. She credits her college experience from Mountain View Community College(Dallas), University of North Texas(Dallas), University of Houston(Houston), and Dallas Baptist University(Dallas).
