I grew up helping Mom cook in the kitchen. As a child my favorite thing to make my family for supper was Chicken Fajitas. They would always laugh when they saw me cooking because they knew what the menu was for supper...chicken fajitas!! Now that I'm a wife and mom myself, I love finding new recipes and am always looking for a new cookbook to fill my cupboard. I love cooking when I can find the time.
