As an art educator, Carole developed a love of creating in the kitchen from her mother, Lena, and Aunt Betty. She uses food as a theme in her own personal art as well as themes in the classroom. Carole decided to use the recipes that have been passed down to her from her mother in a compilation to share with family members.
