I never really cooked until I was in my 40's, when I suddenly began to express my inner Betty Crocker. While I'll never be a gourmet cook, and I often find myself procrastinating before stepping into the kitchen, once there I thoroughly enjoy preparing meals (and leaving the clean-up for my husband).
