SharperMinds Consultant's President & Founder C. M. Smith, M.Ed. Emphasis on Instructional Technology, B.S. Psychology, Seasoned Detective. She has been a Police Detective in the Special Investigation Section in a major East Coast city and has investigated hundreds of Rapes/Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and a host of other Womens' and Family Crimes.



She uses her experience in the interrogation room; where she has spent several years face to face with sexual predators and abusers to aggressively teach others. She knows how the predator thinks & how they prey on others.



Smith holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Maryland, University College and a B.S. in Psychology from Coppin State University. She is a wife, a mother, and an active member of her community. She accepts her role as a mentor, role model and leader. To motivate her clients, she speaks about actual situations and the ability to handle them by relying on practicality and inner strength.
