Elva Helen Hill Miller (b.1916) was one of 10 children born to Albert Hill and Phoebe Gray Hill in Lee County, Illinois. Her siblings are: Raymond, Edith, Rose, Russel, Albert G., Hazel Ruebie, Forest Glen (Teddy), and Dorothy Jean.
