For over three decades, Terri Moore has enjoyed teaching writing in elementary grades as a classroom teacher. Teaching writing is a personal joy of hers. For the past fifteen years, she has used the collaborative writing workshop format in her classroom that encourages the students to draft, revise, edit, and publish in a variety of ways. Her classes culminate their writing efforts with an end-of-the-year Young Authors' Picnic with other student authors and families in their school community. This is not her first time using Bookemon as a publishing tool for her students.
