My name is Karen Welsh I started a Home economics course when leaving school in 1981 at Liverpool technical college and soon realised that I would be much happier earning money Than sitting in a classroom learning how to cream butter by hand from scratch. I left after 12 months to seek my passion experimenting with food on my own.35 years later,I now have twins aged 24 and a beautiful grand-daughter. I wanted to share my knowledge and basic skills with those that have no idea. I would just like to thank my husband for supporting me all these years and been my taste tester for many years.
