My first adventure in cooking was at 5 years old when my mom, then pregnant, told me how to make French Toast. Since then, I have experimented in many "kitchens"...ranging from a camp fire, a hot plate & toaster oven in a dorm room, and my own kitchen. I relish the opportunity to cook for friends and family, frequently experimenting and asking for feedback. The result is an ever-changing amalgam of styles and ethnicities.
