My name is Joely and I am a senior student. This is the first book I have produced and i am beyond excited. I have always had a passion for caring. Caring about people, about animals, about my environment. I began doing my senior project in Havelock High school, and I took an interest in exploring the vegetarian world. I learned later on that by leading a vegetarian lifestyle I can benefit my health as well as my environment. I thought to myself, my product has to be a to be able to benefit everyone around me. I wanted to show everyone with this book that a vegetarian life can be easy, delicious, and nutritious. I aspire to inspire and this is what my book is for.
