Hello, my name Jazmine Williams. I was born in Charlotte, NC and I am the oldest of three other children. Now as an IB student in high school, I have high obligations and high goals for the future. Where in my future I have panned of being a Pediatrician. However, I also have a well amount of curiosity in the culinary arts (leaning more towards the pastry arts).Where as my IB Personal Project I have decided to create this cookbook eliminating the use of gluten and milk. Gaining inspiration from my mother who originally has problems with milk and gluten.
