Elicia Pera began writing at nine years old. Raised on a love of the arts, She graduated from Buffalo’s Academy for Visual And Performing Arts in 2004. She is a professionally trained dancer, actress and is a freelance photographer. She resides in Niagara Falls, NY with her family.
