Joanne Nightingale is a native Washingtonian. She has won several awards of outstanding achievement in Continued Education. She received a certificate in Procurement Practice and Contracts Administration Training from Johns Hopkins University in Shady Grove, Maryland. Her and husband, Keith, reside in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.
