My name is Katie Wise and I'm Evalyn's mother.
Evalyn is 3 1/2 and has Cerebral Palsy. She is unable to talk, or walk, or even crawl. Evalyn has a feeding tube and that is how she receives her nutrition. She has spent most of her life in various children's hospitals, undergoing surgeries and therapies. Although Evalyn may not be able to communicate like you and I, she touches many lives with her sweet smile and gentle hugs. I admire her strength and determination through each new obstacle. Evalyn will always and forever be my baby girl and I will love her until the day God decides to take her home.
