Dinah Burford lives in Fort Mill, SC. She always wanted to write books for children.







Dinah has been working with children for most of her life. She always knew that her mission in life was to help people. She started working with people with developmental disabilities in her early teens which led her working with people with autism in her mid-twenties.







This story was inspired by working at Camp Dakota, a summer camp for children with autism specturm disorders. Dinah was surprised and delighted that the children quickly connected to Miss Pink and that she made them feel happy and safe.
