Gloria J. Collier, Th.D. is the founder of Cutting Edge Training School, a division of Noah's Ark Ministries, Inc. She is an instructor at the International College of Bible Theology, St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, she is a frequent speaker at workshop seminars, churches, and for organizations. Dr. Collier is committed to educate the body of Christ in biblical literacy at Cutting Edge Training School where the goal is to make "Master Disciples."
