About Author:
Namuyaba Temanju is a human rights activist. She is also a trained Mediator, Arbitrator and Facilitator. She has also trained as a Leader in the Development of Inter-ethnic Relations.
Namuyaba has worked extensively in Los Angeles in the Conflict Resolution field. She worked with The Los Angeles Superior Court, been a member of teams for restorative justice, Days of Dialogue and various schools in the community. She has conducted training in schools for Peer to peer mediation and conducted numerous community dialogues.
She is the Founder of Maisha Bora, an organization that has a mission to ensure that it helps in the healing of mind, body and soul and improves the happiness and the health of the community. We use tried and tested methods from across the globe and continuously measure the impact we have. We highlight human rights issues and foster dialogue among community members through discussion panels.
