Scott Agius grew up in Sydney, Australia. He studied Architecture at the University of NSW and practised for 25 years. Not being happty with that career any longer, he changed to Teaching high school students. With the advent of anti-smoking regulations (and his nagging wife and children) he decided to quit smoking, again and again. Nothing weemed tyo work until he wrote down whathe was thinking and feeling each time he craved a cigarette.
