John Jordan is married to Marian Jordan and together they are the proud parents of 5 grown children: Trece, Buddy, Lee, David, and Logan. In the past, John and Marian have also opened their home to handicapped foster children. In addition to writing Terra Alta, John is a special education teacher for St. Tammany Parish School Board in Louisiana.
