I create and tweak recipes with the goal of; eating healthy, saving money, having leftovers and only using what I have on hand! I use everyday ingredients (no- I don't have tarragon on hand... or mediterrian shell fish) and create substitutions if a recipe calls for something the average person couldn't find in their pantry.
