My name is Aly Sharp and I am 23 years old. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in exercise science. While my career path has ventured into a business and administration arena, my passion for health and nutrition has remained with me through cooking. After marrying my wonderful husband, Nick Sharp, I decided to start a blog of all the recipes I cooked for us as we started our new life together.
