I am a mom in the military. Even though I have a rewarding job, it is hard to be a parent in the military because we have to leave our children for long periods of time. When we come home we have a lot of playing to catch up on. The time apart makes my time with my daughter precious. I have had to miss a lot of milestones of her growing up but was lucky enough to be with her while she is inventing stories and games. Joining her in these games brings us closer together and creates memories that I am thankful to have. This book is written to celebrate those moments with our children.
