I do not have a a natural flair for cooking. After a few years of marriage I began to desire to prepare good meals for my husband. With much experimentation I came up with my own dishes or modified existing recipes. What I learned in this process is spices are a must, Usually the cook has to like the entree to enjoy the entire preparation of the meal. And last but not least there is nothing like a home that has a wonderful aroma. When your hardworking, exhausted man walks through the door he will truly not want to be anywhere else.
