Nataliya Ryzhenko worked as a clinical lab specialist in Urgent Care unit of Neurosurgery hospital in Kyiv, Ukraine for twenty years before coming to the United States. She has a graduate degree in Lab Science and Biochemistry, completed Biotechnology certificate at Boston University and got Board certification at American Society of Clinical Pathology. She works as a lab manager at Lesley University and teaches Basic Lab for Medical Assistants and Phlebotomy courses at Massasoit. She enjoys helping students succeed and get interested in the field of clinical laboratory. When she is not teaching, she loves camping, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
